360-Degree Feedback:

This is an exceptionally simple to use and highly effective way of gathering feedback on your management team’s effectiveness. DPG’s 360 Feedback is a safe, confidential process that is regularly used in organisations of all sizes.

The great feature of this 360 feedback tool is that you can adapt the questions and the process to fit neatly around your organisation’s own competency framework. This can add more value and relevance to the process for everyone involved.

The whole 360 feedback process is managed online, with you as the manager being assessed, having total control of the process. It is 100% confidential and secure, because all responses are gathered anonymously and you only get to see your own report which is securely downloaded, unless you choose to share it with others.

To enhance the process further you can include a pre-assessment briefing with facilitated action planning followed by personal coaching afterwards. This is particularly useful if your organisation is new to the 360 feedback process as it gives everyone involved the opportunity to discuss it beforehand and take advantage of expert analysis and coaching to help enable any necessary changes to happen.
