DPG join forces with Proactive HR to offer £1000 of training free to their clients
Proactive HR are running a trial scheme to provide their clients with £1000 plus VAT as full or part payment for HR related training. The training can be used either to further the skills of the newly appointed candidate or can be "pooled" to use as and when required.
The trial scheme is open to companies that are planning to recruit permanent or temporary staff in HR, Training or Recruitment over the next 6 months. For each successful placement made, Proactive HR will issue a redeemable voucher for £1000 to be used wholly for or towards training from DPG plc and other approved training partners.

Companies can use the money for a variety of recognised training courses either for individuals or can pool the vouchers to put a group of people through the full CIPD programme for example. We feel that this is much more meaningful to HR departments than simply offering discounts as the money has to be spent on the development of the team."

DPG are one of the first CIPD centres to offer the new CIPD Certificate in HR Practice (formerly Certificate in Personnel Practice) at locations across the UK. The £1000 vouchers from Proactive HR can be used towards the cost of this or any other of DPG's CIPD programmes, representing a contribution of 40% of the cost.
To qualify to be part of the trial, companies must be in a position to recruit at least one HR, Training or Recruitment professional in the next 6 months.
